Blog #2

Overall my week has been great! I'm really happy we had a chance to redo or correct some of our work. I know that will never happen again but I'm very glad Ms.Paysuer let us. The classes this week have gone by so fast! The teachers are always scrambling  trying to jam-pack what work they can in a class period. I remember falling behind on notes on Wednesday, Its hard for me to keep up sometimes. If I don't take time on my notes then I wont be able to read them later. One of my enjoyments was reading and replying to my peers blogs. It was really interesting getting to know them through a blog. One thing that did kinda baffle me was Google reader. We had some crazy words like favicon and RSS. If your still confused there's a video below that might help with it.








Did that help any? Its very crucial to know this stuff if your a person who uses Google Reader. RSS is a way to save stuff to  your Google reader, you can also subscribe to blogs through it.  A favicon is a small icon on the top of your browser. We were only told to watch only 9 minutes, the rest doesn't matter much.

If you noticed the small squares in the picture representing the "O's" in Google, you've seen the symbol for RSS.

 Another thing we learned about this week was email etiquette. Did you know if you type in all caps it means your screaming?  Ms. Paysuer taught us how to reply to a teacher or professors email. If your responding to a email from a important person, don't use emoticons. It makes you look like your immature. Over usage of exclamations is considered screaming to. Who really wants to be screamed at through email? Since I didn't list all the rules I attached a link to some of notes to help you with the rest. Notes on email etiquette.

 I'm still anxious for our building to be finished. My book bag has also become severely heavy! I can't believe that we have been in school for almost 3 weeks. This Friday interim reports come out. If Ms. Paysuer didn't give me a chance to redo some work, my grade  in her class wouldn't be so spectacular. So again I'm very thankful for her.. Lunch has gotten so much better, I could get used to having great food! Having a long weekend also my my week go even better. I really enjoyed having Monday off. It really confused my days though. For example I thought Tuesday was Monday. Also having Monday off made the week go by faster. I hope everyone had a delightful,long weekend and amazing week!
